Brake System

Forum:

I've tried many times to bleed my brakes and can't get the brake peddle as it should be (hard). I've put new wheel cylinders on and a new master cylinder. i've heard that I may need to replace the compensator valve - does anyone know about this or had the same problem, Daihatsu have quoted me £178 & I don't want to get if it's not the problem.

Is it possible to take the valve apart and fix myself? Any advice would be great.

Thanks

sounds like your just not got

sounds like your just not got it right air wise to me, I use a gunson easy bleed system, worth every penny in hastle of getting air out.

Full of ideas but no time to do them!!
