Can anyone tell me if there are any differences to the turbo or how / where its fitted, when comparing intercooled & non-intercooled 2.8TD engines.

The reason for the question it that I am fitting an intercooled Daihatsu 2.8TD into my Land Rover series 2. I have found a supplier who makes an exhaust system to match the Non-intercooled engine when fitted into a Land Rover, but he is uncertain if it will fit the intercooled version as his company have never used one of these engines in any of their conversions.

Therefore I need to know if there are any physical differences to the turbo & its mounting / position.
