fourtrak alternator brushes

i run a 1991 fourtrak it needs a refurb on the alternator where would be the best place to resource the brushes?

best place to start would be an auto-electrical shop.

A Daihatsu dealer will be able to source them, but at a price that will make your eyes water.

Drop me a message to say how you get on, as I suspect that my beast will be needing brushes soon.
