Many kits exist to retro fit
Many kits exist to retro fit to vehicles, and they are perfectly legal to fit to older models which didn't legally need them fitting.
Alternatively, if you can solder and do basic calculations you can buy the LED's seperately and make your own to your own design, you just need to fit the correct resister to them.
