Headlights are a pain - make sure you have plent of time and are calm at all times as the clips snap easily and the whole process can be extremely fustrating !

Inside - unscrew the black box located in driver and passenger footwells - ( I recomend replacing the screws with stainless ones ) take care with the rubber seals especially when re-fitting, if you don't replace them properly you will have a puddle in your footwells the next time it rains !

Outside - Remove the front panel that covers the radiator (front of van, between the headlights) it is fastened by clips which are easily snapped, there are two depressions under the top edge of the panel top left and right locate them and gently pull towards you - it should flap down - the bottom is hinged.

Back inside the footwell - pull the light securing spring towards you to release the indicator (big hoop)

Outside - remove the sidelight it slots in by the headlight, once removed you will see two fixing screws for the plastic headlight housing remove them and then pull the housing away by easing the clip fixing situated by the front panel - Take care - as this clip breaks easily too !

loosen the two screws securing the headlight and remove the headlight from the clip located on the lower part.

reverse instructions to re-fit

Rear lights - dead easy - open tail door, unscrew light lift upwards - job done ! !
