urgent help, error code

Hi,

I have just finished refitting my sportrak engine as its just been rebuilt,

Now my problem is it starts and idled fine, it also revs ok but only up to 3k rpm, sometimes 2.5k rpm, and then start misfiring, hesitating,

Any way when I do a diagnostics test it shows error code 10, now I'm at a complete loss as to why, and how I'm gonna fix it, it's certainly very strange, everything has gone back on as it should as far as I'm aware, and have looked and checked about 10 times now,

Ok, had a fresh look this

Ok, had a fresh look this morning with fresh pair of eyes,

It's a ******* to start from cold, and as soon as you jab the throttle the emu light comes on its not actually at a set revs

Once it's warmed up ever so slightly it starts ok, but still stutters with the emu light flashing.

The code it stores in the ecu is code 10 which is something to do with the starter circuit, but it starts off the starter motor, and once its started I can't see why this would cause the spluttering.

My next course of action is to check the timing on the timing belt to see if it's a tooth out,

The disi is timed up correctly as I marked it before I took the engine out and its been put in exactly the same place as when the engine was fully working.

The reason the engine was removed was because it suffered a blocked oil pick up, so had the crank foreground, fresh bearings and rings and put back together again.
