Hi again Guys, back with more problems for you all, lol.
Last week I was driving "The Beast" and when I put my foot down hard on the throttle the car just died and seem to give a backfire through the exhaust. If I gradually put my foot down on the throttle then I can get to full power but it does not allow me to quickly apply the throttle.
I have noticed that with the ignition to acc that the fuel pump does not seem to kick in anymore like it used to but the car does start up fine.
I am wondering where the problem lies as to me it is evident that there is a fuel problem somewhere. Also could the fuel pump relay be the problem or maybe fuel filter. And couldd you help with the location for the relay.
Any help as always is much appreciated so I can get to the bottom of this problem
Thanks guys.

Have had the misfire twice
Have had the misfire twice now on my YRV Turbo.
1st time was down to the low temp thermostat I had fitted by the garage. Removed this and fixed. Thanks to DaihatsuDave and his help with the thermostat change over.
2nd time and after taking advice from Nathan. I took off the FCD from the MAP. Since then no misfire.
On the 2nd time of misfiring, the issue came on after the warm up process. Around 2K RPM the car would judder all over the place. Anything under or over and the car was fine. Was horrible when trying to get up a hill near to my house with the car struggling. Take Nathan's advice try removing the FCD to see if it cures it. I can only put mine down to the Unichip Q+ maybe interfering with mine.
