Ferozas In Malaysian Jungles... Just the right size for narrow t

Hi there fellow Daihatsu Owners. I'm Jeff Zaiham and I am from Malaysia... Yes, the venue for the RFC (Rainforest Challenge)billed to be the toughest off-road race/competetition in the world.

I've owned my Feroza about 17 months now and to date I've done some basic maintenance and mods to it. It's a 94 with carbs... I'm looking for some EFI kits to do replace the tired carbs but have yet to find a used one (from Japan usually in the form of Half-Cut vehicles) thatis affordable and in good working order. With the EFI's I would be able to tweek more power and torque from the tired engines...

I'm very much into off-roading as I run a company that specializes in Training Professional Users of 4X4 vehicles... suffice to say that this Feroza is not my only vehicle from my stable... but it's kinda my favourite due to it's size and nippiness in Kuala Lumpur traffic. Driving my Pajero or Landcruiser or HiLux in town is great but when it comes to parking space, weaving in and out of slow moving traffic and sometimes basement or covered parking clearances I just love my Feroza more... all my vehicles have been extensively modified to survive the Jungle Tracks of Malaysia as I am professional at these things... well Its more of a self-appointed title - Consultant Off-Road Trainer but I get paid for it... and I am good at what I do... anyway back to my Feroza...I will continue this at a more opportuned time as It take a while to compose a feature like this... Till Later...Tread Lightly and be aware
