Does anyone know if Daihatsu ever imported the Copen Auto???
I have always liked the Copen but need my other car to be an auto! Currently have a Smart Brabus Roadster Coupe. Have the Sirion 4 Trak and love it, but I have seen pics on the net of a Copen in Auto!
Any clues ... or is it going to be me importing one!

Import only I'm afraid. I seem to recall the auto version of the Copen started to appear in Japan around 2010, just after IM pulled out of importing Daihatsu cars into the UK.
not an open top roadster but then again..... 
Never come across one advertised here in the UK and sold by Daihatsu.

Yup the YRV is very tempting! But I would prefer an open top! I would miss it... the other option on my list IF I decide to swap is a Nissan 350Z Roadster with the tiptronic box! But a little to big and thirsty!! May have a look at the cost of importing a Copen

An alternative... the Nissan Figaro?
I know it's not Daihatsu... but I think the Nissan Figaro is a decent alternative... not as quick, but I like the styling, especially the interior. And they almost all come in auto...
