If I bought a 2.7 as opposed ot a 2.8 TDX would I notice a big diffrence in performance/fuel consumption/towing power?

As far as I am aware there is no 2.7 Fourtrack..they were all built with 2.8 lumps...but I stand to be corrected...the forunner of the 4track the F50 Taft had a 2.5 lump.
