Turbo Lights On a Normal YRV?

IS this possible? If I was to get the YRV turbo lights, would they fit the normal YRV?

They look very simular, I'm just not 100% sure.

Tail and head lights?

Do you mean the tail and head lights? Yes they are all the same sizes... I have seen Turbos with the standard type tail lights.
The head lights are the same anyway as far as I can tell...

Headlight lenses on the YRV

Headlight lenses on the YRV turbo and I think the premium have a slightly smoked tinted layer to them, wheras the basic YRV I think they are perfectly clear headlight lenses.

All the lights on the various YRV models fit exactly the same

There are no differences except the rears are Lexus types....

The front headlamps are the same, the rears are like for like except that the rears have clear lenses. As for the fog lamps on the front, again came standard on the turbo model and should fit.
