Can you solder? if so then

Can you solder? if so then make them from copper.

You need 8mm microbore pipe for the feed and 6mm copper microbore pipe for the return, plastic pipe clips which screw to the chassis and a few olives of both sizes.

Solder an olive to one end of each pipe, cool and cover with masking tape or similar to stop dirt entering.

Feed both pipes along the route of the original pipes and cut out the old lines as you proceed, once you get to the fuel tank rubber connection pipes you connect then by inserting them into the rubber pipes and pit a clip behind the soldered olive to stop them pulling out.

Work back to the front of the vehicle by attaching the plastic clips to the chassis using self drilling and tapping screws and shaping the pipes as you work along, clip them into the plastic clips, get two thin tie wraps behind the plastic clips and fully tighten so it locks the tie wraps in place, put the tie wraps around the clips and fasten them, this is a secondary or back up system to hold the pipes into the clips. Alternatively you can use a wide tie wrap and put the self drilling/tapping screw through it.

Repeat at the fuel filter end.
