I have not actually changed the belt myself - but, when I had the rad out I had a good poke around that department and it looks straightforward enough.
The things to remember are, put the engine at TDC before anything like this is started. I can't recall if there are marks to line the pulleys up against to ensure nothing has moved, but I have always (on other cars) taken a straight edge and scribed marks on the pulleys myself.

cam belt
Changed mine about a year ago.Takes a few hours.
1.Remove bull bars and grill ... need horizontal sighting for cam belt alignment. Some leave it in place and sight from top of rad but its very awkward to see anything!
2.Remove cooling fan etc. I also removed the radiator to get a better view. Radiator removal is very easy/quick provided the bottom hose comes away easily. Whilst removed give the rad a thorough flush - the internal tubes are often blocked.
3.NB... dont break anything.
4.Set engine to tdc [accurately] at compression stroke number 1 cylinder.
5.Remove cam cover.
6.There are NO ALIGNMENT MARKS although w/s manuals say they exist - they dont! I counted the belt's ribs between pulleys of the old cam belt before removing it. Make a sketch of the pulleys with rib counts.
7.Place new belt in position and make certain 'rib count between pulleys' matches your sketch.
8.Adjust/clean the cam tensioner.
9.Turn full revolution engine by hand/or push in gear and check belt/ribs match your sketch.
9.Replace all the bits.
10.Say a prayer, cross your fingers and start the engine. Blame your wife if it doesnt start! [well thats what I alway do!]
Its quite easy if you take your time. Be especially careful with the 'rib count' .. get it wrong and you will damage the valves.
PS .. why go to Milers? Your local motorshop will get the same belt by same maufacturer [£20] - just ask your dealer who will confirm that belts all come from the same supplier.

(Mace) Cheers mate for all your help, I ask local factors if it was a guenine part they said no so a bit worried if it was a thin cheap version so I wanted a real one that would'nt break.
