Hi all, recently got myself an old sportrak, it`s quite a beaten up old thing, I`ve been cleaning it up as best I can and done a few repairs but I find myself at a point now where I need to ask a couple of questions.

1. The bolt holding the anti roll bar in place has sheered, it looks to be part of the lower control arm (is that it`s correct name) and not just a bolt I can replace, I`ve been trying to source a replacement but not having much luck with scrap yards, is there a place that supplies them new? I`ve read suggestions in other threads to take the anti roll bar off completely but I`d rather not do that.

2. I`ve read on here you can adjust the front ride height by adjusting the torsion bar bolts under the doors, what would be the best height for comfortable driving on the road (won`t be doing any off roading).
