hi guys need a bit of advice here please for my f75 k reg commercial

1...no front wheel drive are there any common problems with auto hubs as the drive shaft is turning ok in 4 wd..
2...shocks to suit milner springs
3...s/h front seats and rear bottom plate for shock((the one connected to axle by u bolts))
4..my gearbox is crunching and stiff in all gears and jumps out of second when throttleing off is it nackered
