Front brakes juddering after mot and new tyres fitted. I have checked discs for warping, thickness variation - less than .05mm (possibly human error with digital vernier). They were new last May low milage use, less than 5000, small rust marks on inner surface showing pad outline is only visable problem, it can stand for a week or 3 now & then - but no deep pitting.

Runs smoothly when not braking, juddering bad enough to shake steering wheel and can be felt @ seat of pants.

Any ideas or should we just replace discs & pads again?
