i'm not sure about the hooks although i'm sure going through the topics on the forum one day that i've spotted some advice to somebody else about hooks i think they said a boat yard might help (yachty stuff). hopefully you might find the posting still on this site if you have a quick shuffty through. On fitting i don't have pictures but mine came with mine fiited but down and from looking at it a bit it seems quite easy if you have the bolts. mine seemed usally saggy once i put it and there was some bar that had to go up instead of down! so simple but took me also some fustrating musing to think of it. sorry haven't been of to much help.good luck!
