Hi,

My dads 05 Terios 1.3 is giving a P0304 error after changing the plugs. Despite changing them back to the original plugs its still the same. On removing the new plugs I noticed that they were black with soot after only a short Journey.

The car was under powered and had a bit of a misfire. I have managed with a bit of tinkering to get it to run smooth and idle at the correct speed, but the engine light is flashing on randomly and its now reading a P0304 code which is cylinder 4 misfire (no longer feels like it but the code keeps reappearing after being erased along with the engine light flash)

Random question just so that I am not wasting time barking up the wrong tree, Is 4 at the cabin / bulkhead side or at the front bumper side of the engine?
I presuming at the rear but just checking.
