Got a problem with my old F75 after having a new exhaust fitted. Fires first go in the morning then 30 seconds later runs and coughs and stalls. Starts the second time and after much smoke and sputter fires into life and is OK for the rest of the day. Sort of runs like it is on full choke for a petrol motor. The engine is old - the bottom end has done 350,000 kms and the top end 550,000 kms.
The injectors were last serviced 350,000 kms ago when the bottom end was rebuilt. Wondering whether the exhaust ias blocking up first thing in the morning until it warms up. Might get the injectors serviced so it does not create so much smoke at start up.
