HELP!!!

I have a 91 sporty ELXi

I need some new tyres, but i want some nice new rims aswell. nothing fancy but chrome would be nice.

would 16X7 be to big on my standard height sporty??
also would 245/70/16 tyres be to big on this??

wud they rub?
