Hi Everyone ....what a great site!!!....a potted history so far
I bought a 1990 H F/trak 2.8 oil fired as a resto project and man do I regret it!!!I have so much to do on it it's unreal.
If anyone would be kind enough to help me thru the pain of the next few weeks that would be great.
My 1st job HGF.......On removing the head I found the combustion chamber that should be set flush into the head wedged into the block at an odd angle........The head has come back from the shop P-tested and skimmed aok. Do I need to install a new combution chamber into the head and more to the point what does it do????
