Found a supposedly good replacement for the one I smashed in the Sportrak, and I was wondering about fitting it.

Last time I had this off it was when I threw a new clutch in - but when I put it back, I did it all in one lump (Gear and t/fer together), so I was wondering if when installing it, I'll have enough clearance without having to angle the gearbox down a bit? Thanks in advance for any comments.
