Picked up a cheap sporty 1994 . Only runs on 3 cylinders and the one that doesnt fire has an oily plug. There is no problem with the ignition HT system. Is there any particular weakness or likely cause on this engine 
Any advice appreciated.

OILY PLUG
FIRSTLY MATEY I WOULD CHECK TO SEE IF ROCKER GASKET IS LEAKING OIL AROUND THE OFFENDING PLUG IF IT IS REPLACE IT AND THE PLUG (ITS EASIER THAN TRYING TO GET ALL THE OIL OFF THE PLUG). IF THAT DOESNT WORK YOU'VE ALMOST CERTAINLY GOT HEAD GASKET PROBLEMS, HOPE IT HELPS. DEAN
