I just bought a 1991 fourtrak 2 weeks ago, it has been fine until yesterday when i got in it, it sudddenly started juddering when accelerating, its ok up to about 2000rpm and its fine when the clutch is depressed. any ideas?

fuel filters
is it judering when you have a lot of revs on when idling?as a marine engineer i would be checking the fuel system starting by changing fuel filter and even cleaning out tank.milners have a filter set for £10 at the moment.silly question but your not in 4wheel drive on tarmac which would give you more of a vibration than a judder.maybe someone else will have a better idea.hope you find the prob.
