Clicking Noise, sounds like, from the the Glow Plug relay

My daughters H reg. four track has just started to make a clicking noise all the time after it starts, the glow plug goes On/Off like it should, then from under the bonnet it makes a continual clicking noise, i thought it might be something to do with a relay connected to the glow plug circuit, but the glow plug light doesnt flash in sympathy with the noise

what can it be ?, is it bad ?, she has stopped using it for now, so it's blocking all the light out of the front room all the time now LOL.

it is the glow plug relay....it is on the offside of the engine compartment under a black cover (if the cover is still there.) some click for upto 30 sec's. Very normal, nothing to worry about.
