Hi all I have an annoying problem with my power steering when turning a loud noise apears under the bonnet and at low revs the power steering seems to fail, this failure is only occasionally, the fluid is up to its mark and the belt is properly tightened so would be gratefull of any ideas thanks

Power Steering Pump
I have a power steering pump off a 1990 2.8TD fourtrak. the car has covered 101000miles. It is still attached to the engine block ect.
