Explorer pro comp ES3000

Hi folks,

I just got myself some Explorer pro comp ES9000 shocks and I've gone and cross-threaded one of the rear ones.

Is there anyway that I can get round this? Possibly using a tap & dies set?

Also is there an easy way to tighten the rear ones up as there does not appear to be a locking nut to counter me tightening the top nut?

Any help greatly appreciated.
