How old is it? If it's not anchant Halfords (or such) should be able to suply you with a conecter lead that fits your standard (standard to the make of sterio that is) sterio socker, and the standard (standard to the make of car that is) Daihatsu wiring loom socket.
Any veiws expresed in this thread by me are purely from my own experience, and (sometimes) falible memory. Hope my comments help, but please don't take them as gospel.
Each make of sterio that hasen't been around since the stone age, has it's own 'standard' wiring socket. Each newer make of car has IT'S own 'standard' sterio fitment socket in the loom. All you need is the correct addapter leed, and all's well. Any clearer?

How new is the stereo? If its newer than erm.... 1992 or 1993 then it will probably have the standard ISO connectors at the back. Depending on the age of the Fourtrak it may need an Adaptor. If it does then just pop to Halfords and buy the adaptor for the Toyota, and bobs ya uncle and fannys your aunt you would have a working stereo within about 10-15mins
