I suggest you remove the inner panel from the back door and get the old volt meter old. Have someone operate the switch and see if you are getting 12V to the motor......then you can start tracing more from there..

hi got the same prom in mine, all it is on mine is that where the wires go into the back door have all split inbetween the door and the car
