Hi there, I just wanted to let those of you who don't already know, that you can glean much from the government motoring tax website than just being able to re-new your tax. For example I have just been able to see relevant 'recalls' for my beloved Daihatsu hi-jet. Paste the following link and take a look....

To search you need to fill in: Dates any year-from/to, The Reg number, Make

The Main website address is : www.direct.gov.uk/taxdisc

You can also check the status of your tax on your or any vehicle by just providing same info - Happy Hunting - You may even be able to cure a prob you've been having!
