HELP ! My 1300 cc EFI engine in my HiJet MPV is having major exploratory surgery to try and find where a noise is coming from. We are dropping the crank out this weekend BUT I do not know the Torque settings for bolting back up. Can anyone let me know them please Jimbo
Hi-Jet Torque Settings
HC-ES 1.3
Main Bearings- Stage1 20Nm, Stage2 44-54Nm.
Conrods- Stage1 15Nm, Stage2 34-44Nm.

Sump- 7-12Nm, Oil pump- 6-9Nm, Flywheel- 78-98Nm, Clutch plate- 15-22Nm, Crank pulley- 89-98Nm, Inlet Manifold to C/Head- 15-22Nm, Exhaust manifold to C/Head- 29-44Nm, Exhaust to Manifold- 42-56Nm, Oil pressure switch- 12-20Nm, Lambda- 29-39Nm, Fuel rail to manifold- 15-22Nm, Camshaft sensor- 15-22Nm, Engine coolant sensor- 24-34Nm, Front wheel hub- 177-216Nm, Steering track rod end- 39-54Nm, Brake disc to hub- 39-54Nm, Back plate to hub- 64-70Nm, Road wheels- 89-118Nm, Rocker cover- 3-5Nm, Camshaft Sprocket/gear- 15-22Nm, Camshaft carrier caps- M10/Bolts 29-37Nm M8/Bolts 13-17Nm, Cylinder Head- Stage1 19-27Nm, Stage2 39-47Nm, Stage3 59-67Nm.
