Dead easy. They are basicly the same engine. What diffrences there are, are mostly in the ansiliries which hange from the engine anyway (injecter pump, aulternatour, etc). The only thing you should need to aulter is the exhoust, as it bolts to the manifold in a diffrent place. Engine mounts, bell housing bolts, rad hoses, etc. should all be the same.
Aulternativly if the terbo is in a newer car, with better running gear, chassis, gearbox, etc. you could do a body swop. Lots of fiddling about with break pipes, electrics, etc. but could be worth while.
