Hi everyone, i blew my sporty engine up on tuesday!! luckily i new it was on the way out so i had alrdy sourced a new engine. well the new engine arrived today, which looks fine,its from a r regan only done 30k so quite a find! i thought! anyway ive been stripping all the parts from my old engine, when taking the injectors of i removed a rubber hose which went to the cylinder head cover by the oil filler cap. problem is the new engine doesnt have the metal pipe which is on the cylinder head cover, it has a smaller whole which the metal pipe wont fit into, to the left of the oil cap, so does anyone have a solution or is it totally the wrong engine? i have very limited mechanical knowledge by the way. cheers oz.
