Probably not
The Charade and Appluase both are quite different engines. Most 1990 Charades engines are 1.0 ones and the Appluase as the same 1.6 Engine as the Sportrak.
One sneaky way to see if they take the same dizzy tho is to goto Halfords and look in their book thingy they have in front of them to see if they both list the same one.
