paint code for hijet

Does anyone know where the paint code is located on a hijet? I thought it was on the door but couldn't find it, also would anyone know if there is just one white for all hijet vans. Need to do some repairs but am stuck on finding a paint match.

Any help very welcome.

Hijet Paint Code

There is no Plate giving the paint code - At least not on the later model hijets

The Paint codes on earlier models are as follows

W10 - White - This I THINK (pretty certain) is also the code for later models - Daihatsu code for the touch up paint is 9990000000117

B24 - Blue
R16 - Red
G15 - Green Metallic
S13 - Dark Grey Metallic
A01 - Dark Blue

The only Paint codes on later models that I know are

S19 - Stardust Silver Metallic (aka Grey Metallic)- Daihatsu code for the touch up paint is 9990000000127

Certainly for the later models a nice friendly Daihatsu parts department will be able to tell you the paint code from the registration no. and the chassis no of the vehicle.

I have had problems with my local paint supplier not having the Daihatsu codes!!

I understand that some (larger) Halfords mix paint, and I have been told that they are very good.
