Hello All (again),

My car knocks at about 2800 RPM, and seems to run a bit rich
spark plugs are a bit black, exhaust pipe has black soot.
It has done this ever since I got it (18 months ago). I
have read through a few peoples articles who reported similar
problems, however these have been with other models.

My car is EFI.. so I am assuming (like modern motorcycles)
they are a "closed loop" system, where it reads sensory
data and adjusts timing and fuel mixture accordingly.

Do all G200's ping at 2800 RPM

Does anyone know of any technical data for this car ?.. ie
voltage/current/resistance ranges for the sensors etc

My first attack it to check the sensors.. find out how they
work, who manfactures them, and then their data.

BTW, Charades rock !!.. we have the Adelaide Hills here,
which consist of some really twisty, nasty roads. My car has
a pissy little 1.3L motor in it, get it hoses most cars who
are giving it some around the really nasty stuff hehehehe
