I have just converted my ELi Sporty to an ELXi with the addition of electric windows and mirrors plus front central locking.

I have been unable to locate the central locking relay. All the plugs for the new door looms and mirror switch were in place as part of the original loom and all apart from the Central locking of the front doors is working fine.

The Daihatsu Official Worshop Manual contradicts it self by showing the rear heater blower relay slot firstly as the place for the central locking relay and then as the rear blower. The rear heater blower was an optional extra. Regardless, I have tried this relay slot which has 4 terminals without success. The Manual shows a 6 prong relay but appears to have repeated the electric window wiring connector in error. SO where is the relay slot???

Can any one assist on this relays location?

JUST FOUND IT IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED. TO THE LEFT OF THE STEERING COLUMN BENEATH THE DASH NEXT TO THE WIPER RELAY. HAS A 6 WIRE LOOM PLUG AND IS GREY IN COLOUR. THE WIPER RELAY IS GREEN. NOW TO FIND ONE.
