cheap and Nippy Daihatsu

The Cuore is one of the most economical cars to run thats available in the UK, and also it is very cheap to insure so its definately a car to suit a tight budget. Have a look around to see which shape Cuore you prefer though as the Cuore seems to have a wide range of its look, as some look sporty and some seem to look like a granny car. So shows they can be tarted up if wanted! http://www.daihard.org is a good site if you get a Cuore and do want to tart it up a bit tho.

Hmm nice looking cars there.

This is the model i like http://www.daihatsu-drivers.co.uk/misc/cars/cuore.jpg
I heard there is a turbo 4wd Cuore? Im guessing id never get insured on that. Group 7 insurance, right? hmmm
Anyway you reckon id pick up a 5 speed , 2 ( 3 ) door for under £ 1200 Unknw
I would prefer a 4 wheel drive but im guessing they would be way too much £ £ £. Any alternatives? Suzuki Alto Unknw

Kind Regards from Japan,

Cuores

I think the 4wd Turbo Cuore is only available in Japan however you never know there might have been a couple imported into the country!

You could probably get the slightly older shape Cuore for £1,200 but not the shape as in that picture as that one came out in 1999 and my partner recently bought theirs for £2,500 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2454077266 is probably the shape you'd be able to buy. I personally prefer that shape aswell!

The Suzuki Alto is of similar size, etc. However its fuel economy isn't as good as the Cuores. You considered a Daihatsu Charade at all? As they seem reasonably priced, however not checked on the insurance on one apart from for the GTti version which obviously you'd not be able to afford!

If you did want a 4wd. Then you'd prob be able to pick up a early 90's Sportrak for around £1,200 however the insurance would probably sting you a bit as would be around £1,200 TPFT after you shopped around a bit. You'd not want an early Vitara as Sportraks are far better made Biggrin Not that we're biased or anything.
