Resizing images
I am not sure what software you have on your computer, but resizing them isn't that hard. Load the images into you favourite picture editing program. Once loaded tell it to scale or resize the image to around 800x600 depending on what angle the picture is at. Usually if you set the width or height it adjusts the other figure for you.
Sorry can't give too much help but its simply depends on what software you use for editing pictures.
As for not being allowed access I am not sure what you mean?
