Wheel track width for F76

Forum:

Can anyone advise on what the wheel track width (ie centre-to-centre distance between the tyres) should be for my 1990 Rugger? It has the F76 series chassis. Tyres are bog standard 255/70/R15, on chrome steel rims which I assume are also stock.

Problem is that I'm being refused a warrant of fitness, because the track width is 1370mm, whereas the maximum allowed for a slightly earlier version called the Rocky is 1345mm. (Aren't the different model names used in different markets for almost identical vehicles confusing!)

If you have a vehicle like mine, it would be helpful if you could just measure the c-c distance... or best of all, the relevant specs page...

According to my manual, which

According to my manual, which covers F70, F75 and F77, the track width is 1320mm at the front, and 1300mm at the rear, and add 50mm to each of these measurements if 255/70 R 15 tyres are fitted. Which body type have you got, SWB all steel roof, SWB soft top, LWB resin top, LWB soft top, or LWB ute/pick up. Tell me, with an email address, and I will scan and send the appropriate page to you. You can PM me the answer.
