I wonder if any one can help me i have a sportrak 1995 and when i press the clutch
pedal down there is a a vibration coming from the pedal mainly when its warmed up and its seems to be just before i change up in gear. It will do the same thing even if its ticking over i rev the engine with one hand and with the other hand push the clutch pedal down and you get a vibration.

It definitely is the bearing.
It definitely is the bearing.....it is a gearbox out job to do, so you may as well get the clutch done at the same time.
But if the clutch is ok, it may be worth just putting up with it until the time comes for a new clutch.
