Graham, Im in Australia, so terminology may differ here. I did a 2 inch lift on my F75 a couple of years ago. I used polyurethane boat rollers, such as the type found of boat trailers. The type that have about a 3 inch diameter on the outside, and 2 inch in the middle. I bought 5 of these about 4 inch long. I cut them in half to give me the 10 blocks. They have a large diameter hole, probably 1/2 inch in diameter. These take the compression tube of the original mounts nicely. I got 6 sets of new bolts and nuts, 2 inches longer than standard for the 6 middle mounts. I bought 4 bolts with the same metric thread on them, 2 inches longer for the front and rear pairs of mounts. The middle six mounts had the original nuts ground off, and the new nuts welded to them. Changeover is not a real drama, lift one side and do those 5 first, then the other side. Mine were done all together, as I was replacing the body at the time. You will need to extend the fuel filler tube, and loosen the steering shaft splines. Also things like brake lines and wiring have to be loosened, but they will bridge the gap. The major cosmetic difference will be the gap above the front and rear bumpers. There are a couple of pics of the lift blocks on my F75 at http://groups.msn.com/AussieDaihatsuRocky/davidsrocky.msnw?Page=3

Good luck. The lift is worth doing.
Cheers
