Plastic F50

Forum:

Do any plastic bodied f50s survive? I've only ever seen one! I own it, it needs all handbrake bits and rear brake shoes but have been told that these parts are not available, I may need to fit modified fourtrak axles!

F50's do come up on e-bay

F50's do come up on e-bay from time to time. Put a surch in for F50, then save it as a favourite serch, and instruct it to e-mail you when any new ads are posted. You may be supprised how many do still turn up.
Also save a surch for F10, F20, F25 and F55 as many parts are interchaingable.
It may be worth (if you have time and space) to by a whole rotten one or two, and strip out what ever is worth keeping. Just be carful, it is fare too easy to get carried away with hording parts, as my long suffering partner will attest... Sad

F50. The best standard all round 4x4 ever made. By anyone. Anywhere. Ever! Keep her purring!! Smile
