hey guys the battery in my sportrak 1.6 is absolutely knackered have had to replace it with a new one, the thing is ive got euro sized battery clamps instead of jap. already tired to fit a compact jap battery it didnt have enough power to take the engine over, so can you recommend another battery to use as im pretty stuck with this, preferably european sized cheers guys 
Why not change the terminal
Why not change the terminal clamps? They cost a few quid each, much cheaper than buying a new battery, and you don't have to worry about getting a jap one in future.

our fourtrack has normal battery terminals ,i go to our local tyre place and get the biggest one theyve got that will phycically fit.think its a 643, anyway its the same as our old tractors
Got a flat battery, why not buy a square one !!!!!

Go to a motor factors, give then the trucks spec and what battery clamp type fitted. they will come up with a suitable battery.

Hi I had same thing with my new battery as had euro and was sold jap one. I went to local car spares shop and the sold me two lead sleeves to go on terminals at a cost of 60p and these now fit perfectly to my european clamps.
