Curore 1998 850cc O/S/F window

Morning all,
a knock on the door by the local PC to inform me that some mindless moron has heaved a brick thru my car window. Nothing taken but they were in the process of trying to break the ignition and nick it.

I live outside Wigan and am having difficulty trying to find a window from a breakers. Any ideas or should I claim off the insurance and let them sort it?

Sorry to hear this, didn't think Daihatsu's were a nickable car to be honest... Sad

You could go through the insurance but the problem there is your no-claims will be affected. If you you look on E-bay there are some cuores being broken up and could get a replacement glass from them, worth a look Wink Good luck with your search Smile

Hi apologies for late reply. Got one quote for 53 quid secondhand. Contacted insurance 75quid with no effect on no claims and fitted by Autoglass. Window on order from Diahatsu and temp perspex fitted at the minute by Autoglass.
