Hiya Tony..great meeting you

Hiya Tony..great meeting you last Saturday.

All Daihatsu vented discs corrode from the inside out prematurely, its just one of them things, far eastern low quality cast metals.

The "Rossini" look like another ordinary standard disc thats been in house milled. The titanium and magnesium will be only in the attractive coating that probably lasts the first wet week if your lucky.

Try Brembo but they are not cheap.

Thanks for your recommendations Jon and Dave.

I thus seem to have 3 obvious contenders for discs to be fitted for next MoT in June 2011.

YRV Tony

Hello again...

Hi Tony,

Same here good to meet you and Dave on Saturday...

Can only comment on the D-Sport dics I have on my Turbo as these are marketed not to rust (well they have a little in the past in the wet) but I am well pleased with the braking with these. You can get the 234mm D-Sport disc for the YRV premium Wink from ebay if you want to give them a try @
