still not fixed :( hijet 1.3 lpg

hi, thought i had fixed my overheating problem but after 20mins of driving stopped at some lights and temp gauge went through the roof. bubbling from under the seat and some water pushed out through expansion tank tube. no heat from heaters. Do i still have an air block or is it something else?
Any help would be greatly recieved!

re:airlock in heating valve help please hijet 1.3 lpg x reg

Hi, If you have LPG chances are you don't have the bleed valve for the heater. the bleed valve you seem to be describing sounds like the little lug on the metal rocker cover (the bit with Daihatsu written on it). Thats nothing to do with the coolant system.
The bleed valve you need would have been where the coolant pipe branches off the the LPG system under the drivers seat, it was removed to fit the lpg. Instead you are best to get a funnel and a length of pipe long enough to raise above the heater matrix, Get a snug fitting bung in the coolant fill pipe under the passenger seat and fill the funnel while the engine is running. Hold it for a bit and most of the bubbles should come out.
Remember once you've done it let it cool then do it again.
