i have spent about 4 hrs reading all the posts on lighting as i have just bought a sportrak 1994 which has bull bars on it but seems to be missing the middle bar, so looks like its had spotlights on at one point,on the inside of the car it has a distinctive place where a switch has been but now there's no switch there just a switch holder and no loose wires. When i bought the sportrak one of it's main bulbs was dull so i thought i'd just replace it, after driving it a few days both the main light's went off so i went out and replaced both bulbs only to find that i now have 4 bulbs that work but i only have dip beam but there not very bright there is however a metal box on the inside of the bonnet nearside would that be my dip and dim relay box? would this happen if the last owner only removed the spots and not reset the relaybox? if so how would i go about getting my lights to work as normal dip and dim main beam again as i am at a loss and my head is aching trying to find a solution on-line
