Arch repair panels have never been available, only the full quarter panel, and these have not been made for some time. It is a case of a little fabrication.
Look in the classifieds for breakers.
Take your time and treat the underside thoroughly, i recommend blasting if it is that bad, followed by a coat or three of industrial paint. Once dried spray a coat or three of underbody schultz on quite thick, and let it dry, this is self healing to a degree.
Cover this with lashings of underseal, thin it with thinners and spray it on, again use several coats.
Use a jet wash inside the chassis to remove any crud, do this a few times to get everything out. Fill the inside of the chassis rails with something like Waxoyl to protect it.
