The right hand Indicator and Dip are intermittent, it appears to be the stalk any solutions available as will right themselves if you juggle with said stalk? Is it just bad / worn connections?

the actual contacts in the
the actual contacts in the switch get dirty... squirting wd40 in sometimes cleans them... see if you can slide a small bit of fine sandpaper between the contacts
Forget WD40 as it corrodes
Forget WD40 as it corrodes the copper which makes the contacts, use electrical cleaner instead.
and to add
little plastic balls inside which activates the connections sometimes flatten and wear over time, again this subject has been covered on the forum so lots of info on here, like assassin says use electrical cleaner, i personally cant stand wd40 as it ruins everything and dont use carb n choke cleaners as this melts stuff.
